I have been a big Ice Hockey fan since I started going to see the Dumfries Vikings with my Dad and little brother. The Vikings ran for four years as a professional Ice Hockey team before a tax blunder forced them to fold. On this page you'll find links to a range of Vikings-related information.

Updates New pages for Autumn Trophy and Merchandise (8th July 2007)I am once again grateful to Brian Bannister who has now submitted a great photo of the team celebrating with the Autumn Trophy. I've put it on a new page with the stats from the successful Autumn Trophy campaign. I've also added a page with some photos of Vikings merchandise I owned. New photos before, after and during Vikings (6th July 2007)I've added some more great photos from Brian Bannister. Want to see 95/96 season stars Vince Boe, Craig Lyons and Rob Hartnell before they joined Vikings? The photos are on the 95/96 page. We also now have a photo of Rob wearing a Vikings top there. In Life After Vikings we have another photo of Lyons and there's even one of Rob Barnes, Neil Smith and the Swedes before everything went awry in the final season.
